Brenda Turner - Bio
Brenda Joy Turner has dedicated her life to the legal profession for the past 35 years. As a Legal Administrative Assistant/Paralegal, she has worked in various law firms in the Motor City as well as suburban areas of Metro Detroit. Brenda worked at major law firms as well as the largest minority firm in the city. This experience gave her an opportunity to spread her wings and venture into many areas of law including medical, personal injury, probate, estate planning, family law, criminal, etc.
Brenda was born in Port Huron, Michigan and now resides in Detroit. She attended St. Elizabeth High School and graduated from Northern High School – both in Detroit. She also attended various business schools including Hobson's Court Reporting School, Cooper’s Tailoring School, Macomb Community College/Court Stenographer – Probate & Estate Planning. For two years, Brenda served as Treasurer of N.A.L.S. (National Association of Legal Secretaries), and she volunteered for the Riverfront Conservancy for several years.
Brenda’s hobbies include roller skating, sewing and designing clothes. She also loves cooking, preparing meals, and entertaining her family. She enjoys many activities by the water and loves the great outdoors, especially getting on her bike and touring the city. Nurturing people and animals is also her passion.
Brenda and her husband currently live in Detroit. They have two adult children and three wonderful grandchildren.
